Dr. Manasseh Abijah
Dr. Manasseh Abijah is an organizational leadership scholar, educator, consultant, author, and technology professional with more than two decades of experience in telecommunications, intelligent systems, organizational development, and operational transformation. He previously served as a Solutions Engineer with Comcast Business at the company’s headquarters in Philadelphia and is the founder of Chesed Consulting Services, LLC.
Dr. Abijah is an AI expert, Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Operations Management at Hood College, and a frequent guest lecturer and thought leader on Artificial Intelligence, leadership, and the future of work. He has delivered AI awareness and thought-leadership presentations for Hood College capstone classes, Hagerstown Community College, and Indiana State University.
He recently earned his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Hood College, where his research focused on Artificial Intelligence implementation, workforce readiness, and organizational culture. His scholarly work has been recognized through accepted research papers and presentations at the Academy of Human Resource Development and the Eastern Academy of Management.
