An expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Dr. Abijah serves as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Operations Management at Hood College. He is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on AI, leadership, organizational transformation, and the future of work.
Dr. Abijah earned his Doctor of Organizational Leadership from Hood College, where his research examined factors influencing effective AI implementation in talent acquisition, workforce readiness, leadership adoption, and organizational culture.
